Sundays 4 hour Workshops – Every Sunday, 9AM to 1PM over 4 weeks
Option 2:
Weekdays evening 2 hour Workshops – Every Tuesday & Thursday, 7PM to 9PM over 4 weeks
(*) Program preparation: Kick-off e-mail sent to participants with program information, videos to watch and questionnaires to complete ahead of the first Program’s workshop.
(**) Weekly exercises: Weekly e-mails sent to participants with activities and exercises to complete ahead of the first Program’s workshop (10min to 40min per day).
(***) Program’s feedback: Feedback email, Participants feedback questionnaire, Program closing e-mail.
